“Smiling sky” cover, “Alo-Hello!” bonus, blog appearances
▪The e-LineUp listing for the Maimi solo DVD “Smiling sky”, which recently shipped out to those who ordered it, has been updated with the cover for the DVD.
▪Those who order the latest ℃-ute “Alo-Hello!” photobook from 7net shopping can get a photo of Maimi exclusive to the online shop.
▪Maimi made appearances in the blogs of (from left) fellow ℃-ute members Saki Nakajima and Airi Suzuki and Berryz Koubou members Miyabi Natsuyaki and Saki Shimizu.
“Eiyasa! Brother” music video
The SATOYAMA Movement channel has uploaded the stand-alone music video for “Eiyasa! Brother”, the single by Maimi’s SATOUMI unit “Mellowquad”.

The music video for Maimi’s newest group Mellowquad’s song “Eiyasa! Brother” has debuted on the 24th volume of the UF-LICKS YouTube show. The MV can seen at the 6:29 mark, and features Maimi, Berryz Koubou’s Tokunaga Chinami and Natsuyaki Miyabi, and ℃-ute’s Okai Chisato.

The “Club Ver.” of the music video for DIY♡’s single “Fore Fore ~Forest for Rest~” has been uploaded to the SATOYAMA Channel on YouTube.
SATOYAMA movement site opens
Spinning off from Hello! Project’s weekly program “Hello! SATOYAMA Life” late last year, the “SATOYAMA movement” has been given an official website on the first of the new year. The website contains information on events, releases, and of interested to Maimi fans, profiles of all the artists, including Maimi’s group “DIY♡“. There’s not much in the way of any new information, but it can possibly be taken as a promising sign for the group’s continued activity.
Maimi Sightings for November 27th
As mentioned in Maimi’s update, Berryz Koubou’s Natsuyaki Miyabi went and saw “Sugar Spot” yesterday, and wrote about it in an update today on her official blog, which included this shot of Maimi.
Berryz Koubou’s captain Shimizu Saki went as well, and shared this 2-shot with “Mii-tan” in an update on her official blog. Later, she posted an entry about her interview for “TopYell” with Maimi and S/mileage’s Wada Ayaka, and then shared a pair of 3-shots.
The “UTB” Twitter tweeted this shot of Maimi and reminded everyone of the release events for “Hatachi”.

Berryz Koubou’s Natsuyaki Miyabi shared these group shots of today’s Berikyuu event line-up in an update on her official blog.
Berryz Koubou’s Sugaya Risako posted this 2-shot with Maimi from the same event in an update on her blog, and wrote that Maimi’s the only member of Berikyuu she use the “chan” honorific with.
Finally, Berryz Koubou’s Sudou Maasa also shared a 2-shot with the “beautiful girl who goes all out no matter what she does” Maimi in an update on her blog.

DIY♡ “Fore Fore ~Forest For Rest~” (LIVE)
A new channel for Hello! Project’s program “SATOYAMA Life” has opened on YouTube, and on it a live performance of DIY♡’s song “Fore Fore ~Forest for Rest~” has been uploaded. For more information on DIY♡, please check out this earlier update.
Maimi joins new unit “DIY♡”
According to an article posted on the BARKS website, Maimi will be joining fellow C-ute member Nakajima Saki, Berryz Koubou’s Tokunaga Chinami and Natsuyaki Miyabi, and Morning Musume’s Iikubo Haruna to form a new unit named “DIY♡”, which will be part of the “SATOYAMA movement” project tied-in with the Hello! Project weekly program “Hello! SATOYAMA Life”. The article notes that the initials that make up the unit’s name commonly stand for “Do it Yourself”, but this time carries the meaning of “Dance in Your Heart”. DIY♡’s first performance will be at the summer Hello! Project concerts this weekend, and they will perform the song “Fore Fore ~Forest For Rest~”.
