Maimi attends ANGERME’s Fukuda Kanon’s graduation in her November 30th update “Thanks… Kanon.“. Full translation below.

Good evening

Today we had polaroid & signing & individual handshake events

I was able to take pictures and talk with a variety of people,
so it was a really fun time

Everyone who participated,
everyone who couldn’t but still sent your feelings, thank you

 

And then,
yesterday was ANGERME’s Fukuda Kanon-chan’s graduation…

Thank you for all your hard work, Kanon.

Even now I can’t forget the sight of little Hello! Project Egg Kanon toddling around backstage.

At her final performance yesterday,
Kanon had completely become a woman,

and I could feel her long history of working hard in Hello! Project😌

When I saw the 9 members’ smiles,
I started crying myself.

When the new members joined, Kanon often said that she couldn’t accept it,

but when she read her final letter,
she cried at each of the members and only wrote about them,

and I started feeling really warm thinking “She really loves all of ANGERME…😌”

The bonds they have now were formed through the many problems and everyone’s worries…

Kanon was seen off by the members she loves and the many fans,
and she was really sparkling

 

I want to say thank you and good work to Kanon for keeping ANGERME together no matter what the problem.

She will start anew again today,

but I’ll hope she’ll work hard as a lyricist using what she’s felt and gained from 11 years in Hello! Project

I’m really looking forward to it
