Maimi heads north for her first performance back in her September 23rd update “NORTHERN MUSIC CIRCUIT 2015“. Full translation below.

We appeared at the outdoor idol festival “NORTHERN MUSIC CIRCUIT 2015″(((o(*ﾟ▽ﾟ*)o)))

The evening breeze felt really, really good

Even though I was sweating, I cooled down the instant the breeze hit me, and it felt nice

Of the many idols who appeared, we went on in the last spot,
and even though their appearances were over, other idols went to the audience and watched our performance

A variety of fans watched us too, so it was a fresh and fun performance

I hope everyone who participated had fun~

Everyone who came, everyone who couldn’t but still cheered for us, thank you so very much

 

And then,
thank you so, so much to the coordinator, our senior ex-Melon Kinenbi member Saitou Hitomi-san, for calling on ℃-ute

Even though it had been a while since we last met, she talked to me as kindly as always, and she always makes me feel really at ease

We sang Melon Kinenbi’s “Akai Freesia” this time,

and I could see Saitou-san dancing from the audience, so I was really happy

After the performance,
she said “It’s been a while since I’ve heard Akai Freesia, so I felt like I was going to cry｡ﾟ(T^T)ﾟ｡ Thanks~“

We love each of Melon Kinenbi’s songs, and I always think “They’re all wonderful songs“,

so it’s a real honor to be given a chance to sing one like this(´＿｀｡)

We’ll work hard to be sure she’ll call on us again
