Maimi gets a sneak peak at the upcoming DVD release of her Hello! Station segment with Captain in her April 16th update “Berikyuu(=´∀｀)人(´∀｀=)“. Full translation below.

Before Berryz Koubou suspended their activities,
my conversation with Berryz Koubou’s captain Shimizu Saki-chan aired on the YouTube program “Hello! Station”!!

Everyone, did you watch it??

We looked back at the last 13 years,
starting with when Berryz Koubou and ℃-ute passed the Hello! Project Kids audition up to now

Actually, it aired for several weeks on “Hello! Station”,

but our conversation lasted for 10 hours,

so what was shown on “Hello! Station” was only part of it!!

Of course 10 hours is too long,
but our conversation has been compiled on to 2 DVDs that are 2 hours each

I checked out the video a little while ago,

 

and I was moved to tears watching it again(´□｀｡)

 

Saki and I are part of the same generation, the same age,
and we also experienced the same things as the captain and leader of our groups, so her and I talked about a lot of things we could only talk about with each other,

and since I wondered “I won’t have any more chances to talk with Saki like this, will I?(:_;)”,

I decided that we would talk frankly.

Therefore, we talked about a variety of things,

like things we never hadn’t talked about before and things we never had the chance to talk about(^-^)

I didn’t notice it when we were talking,

but when I watched the 2 of us,
we looked really relaxed

Once again I thought
“I’m really fortunate to have a friend who I can talk about both the good and bad things with”,

and “This is what it means to have close friends~~“♪( ´θ｀)ノ

Ah!!
In addition,

during the conversation I talked about how there’s video of me practicing at home when I was little,

and afterwards, the staff asked me

“Can you bring us the video??”

I brought it in,

and they included it in the video(//～//)

It’s really embarassing! lol

And then, and then,
the DVD also included Berikyuu performing “Ganbacchae!” as the final song at our last Hello! Project concert with Berryz Koubou(T ^ T)

It made me cry~~…

I feel like those who have known us since we were little

and those who have only learned about us recently

will be able to understand our journey when they watch this DVD
