Maimi reconnects with an old classmate in her March 13th update “Reunion(=´∀｀)人( ´∀｀=)“. Full translation below.

Yesterday we recorded a talk segement for TV Asahi’s “music-ru TV”

One of the songs from our triple A-side single coming out on April 1st, “Gamusha LIFE”, was born on that show

Over about half a year,
Shonan no Kaze’s SHOCK EYE-san and the students of the writing school worked on the song,

and we gradually prepared for the release with the recording,
the dance choreography,
the music video shoot,

and all that’s left now is to wait for the release on April 1st

“Gamusha LIFE” was born from the cooperation of a lot of people
I’m looking forward to our first performance

I’ll announce when the “music-ru TV” we recorded yesterday airs(o^^o)

Yesterday’s recording finished before the evening,

and what
I met one of my friends from high school for the first time in a while(((o(*゜▽゜*)o)))

I changed schools my first year,
so it’s our first time properly meeting since then(^^)

Seven years have already passed, huh~(　゜д゜)

Ah But we ran into each other by chance on the street several years back~(≧∇≦)

I was on the way to a job at the time and she was going to meet someone, so we were only able to talk for a little(^◇^;)

After I transferred we’d ocassionally contact each other and say
“I want to meet again( ´ ▽ ` )ノ”,

and several days ago, we found out our schedules would match up, so we met in a hurry(*^^*)

Even though it had been a long time, it strangely felt more like “Didn’t we meet at school yesterday?(*^^*)”lol

The 2 of us had hamburger,
and I listened to her tell a lot of stories about what has happened since I transferred(o^^o)

She’s been a well-centered girl since we were little,

and while we were talking yesterday too, a lot of times I thought “Ah( ´ ▽ ` ) She hasn’t changed since them♪( ´θ｀)ノ”

When she smiled too,

I had fun listening to her tell a lot of stories(^-^)

We talked about meeting again and said bye bye to each other,

and I wonder when we’ll be able to see each other again(^^)

More than anything, I’m happy that she’s doing well
