Maimi begins practice for the spring tour and wishes one of her biggest fans a happy birthday in her March 5th update “Start“. Full translation below.

Sorry for being late

When I looked at my previous update, it was so long that it got cut off part of the way(　゜д゜)

Well
If there’s one thing I want to say,

it’s “I love Berryz Koubou“

Starting today, we will run forward as Hello! Project’s oldest group with Berryz Koubou’s feelings as well

At any rate, today’s weather was spring-like and really, really nice

My body was delighted the instant I went outside(o^^o)

Hay fever symptoms have finally appeared this year,

but even still, I love spring♪( ´θ｀)ノ

The warmth was nice

Today,
rehearsal for ℃-ute’s spring tour finally started(o^^o)

I really concentrated today(*_*)
I wonder what this will turn out like…

I’m looking forward to seeing the completed version(￣▽￣)… I’m saying something with a deep meaning! lol

But I must sort things out in my head and put in the practice(；゜０゜)

We had a meeting about the tour after rehearsal,

and the more we talk about it, the more excited I become(//∇//)

The tour starts March 21st at Harmony Hall Zama,

We’ve brought her along on past ℃-ute tours,

and the more I know about her, the more I realize she’s a funny girllol

When we made a circle during the Hello! Project concert, she sneakily got next to me! lol

A new unit was formed from the trainees,
and their name was finally decided the other day, so it feels like they’re starting at last,

and there are of course going to be fun times from here,
but there will also be difficult obstacles to overcome…

Fujii-chan is the oldest in the unit,

and she always has a bright and fun character, so I feel that when she has problems, she won’t tell those around her and she’ll bottle them up… I’m a little worried

But there are definitely people who will help her, and I want to be one of those people too

So I hope she won’t keep things to herself,
and that her characteristic brightness and humor will continue to steadily grow(^O^)
