Maimi participates in the a public radio recording at Tokyo Tower and talks more about the new single in her February 18th update “Debut~(^o^)/*“. Full translation below.

It’s Maimi

Yesterday, at Tokyo Tower,
we had a public recording for the Radio Nippon program that airs every Saturday night at 1AM,
“Nakajima Saki no Cute na Jikan”(o^^o)

A lot of people came even though it was a weekday, the weather was bad, and it was cold, so I was really happyヽ(；▽；)ノ

I was surprised at how close we were to everyone(^o^)/*

We read got to read letters,
we gave confessions since it was close to Valentine’s Day…

Hagiwara Mai-chan and I appeared as guests,

and Nacky moved things along,
so we were able to relax and talk thinking
“Let’s let Nacky lead“~

There were probably a lot of difficulties for Nacky
but she moved the program along as exected She’s reliable(^o^)/*

The 3 of us were able to talk about a lot, so it was a really fun time and it felt like it was over in a flash

I hope everyone who participated enjoyed it as well

What we recorded yesterday will air over 2 weeks on February 28th and March 7th,

Afterwards, Nacky had another job but Mai and I had free time, so the 2 of us went out to eat~

When we went to Disney Land,
when we went out to eat hamburger,
when we went to Kyoto…

We’re walking with umbrellas in all of my memories~(^◇^;)lol

It was intensely cold yesterday,
so we said “We want to eat something warm(>_<)”,

and we went to a shabu-shabu restaurant

The 2 of us ate a lot~(//∇//)

The cheese chijimi on the submenu was so delicious, we ordered it at the beginning and the end of the meal(^-^)lol

I was happy( ´ ▽ ` )ノ

Afterwards,
we had an interview with “CD Data” about our triple A-side single coming out April 1st,
“Tsugi no Kado wo Magare/Gamushara LIFE/The Middle Management ~Josei Chuukankanrishoku~” (song order pending)

There was a video camera from TV Asahi’s “music-ru TV” present during the interview,

and we were able to talk about a variety of things with the writer of “Gamushara LIFE”, SHOCKEYE-san

When we asked “How did this phrase come about?”, there was a really deep meaning and a lot we could empathize with,

so we listened in awe

SHOCKEYE-san has a variety of experiences as a member of Shounan no Kaze, so he said there was a lot he could relate to

We were able to hear a variety of stories from his life on stage that we learned from,
and a lot of moving stories too

Actually, at the time of the song recording, there were parts in the lyrics that had changed from the temporary lyrics we had received!

It seems he poured over the lyrics until the very last minute,
making fix after fix

I’m really grateful that this song came about from him doing a lot of research about us

Once agan I thought I want to sing this song with great care

It was in a huge bottle,
