Blog update: “Shizuoka trip, part 2!!(o^^o)”

Maimi’s adventures in Shizuoka with her mom continue in her January 26th update “Shizuoka trip, part 2(o^^o)“. Full translation below.

Good evening
It’s Maimi

Yesterday was the final episode of TBS Radio’s “Ebu★Raji~ Yoru no Renzoku Sumaho Shousetsu ~Ore ga Mamotte Yaru yo.~”

Thank you to everyone who checked it out

It aired over a month in 4 parts, and acting with just my voice felt really fresh and was a nice experience

Thank you so very much

And then, today at 1:26AM,
“music-ru TV” airs on TV Asahi

It’s on late, but please be sure to check it out

Now then,
today I’ll talk about my trip with my mom to Shizuoka~♪( ´θ`)ノ

(1)

The suspension bridge at Jougasaki Beach(^o^)/*

Here again my mom said

“I can’t deal with heights~( ゜д゜)”…

The wind rocking the bridge scared her(^◇^;)

It seems that people who are afraid of heights struggle with a variety of things every day( ̄▽ ̄)

The rocks that had been whittled away by the waves had a big impact on me

When I thought about how that had happened over a long period of time, it made me think “The power of nature is amazing~(゜0゜)”…

The dinner we had at the inn was satisfying~( ´ ~ ` )ノ

There were a variety of amazing things about the hotel,
like the room we reserved that was seperated from the main building,

and the atmosphere was like this

(2)

I can’t get enough of this peaceful feeling~(//∇//)\

It was cold, so we went outside wearing a tanzen over the yukata from the hotel, and the feeling like we had gone back in time to the Showa era was exciting(((o(*゜▽゜*)o)))

And then, we had seafood shabu-shabu for dinner(^o^)/*

(3)

It was a course, so they kept bringing us a variety of things, and my stomach was bursting~(≧∇≦)

After dinner, we both got an aroma massage called a “lomilomi massage”♪( ´θ`)ノ

It was paradise( ´ ▽ ` )ノ
It was cold outside, so we selected an aroma that’s effective against the cold sensitivity, and our bodies were warm when we were done

I fell asleep before I knew it during the second half(^_^;)

It made me happy when my mom said “A~h( ´ ▽ ` )ノ I’m happy“~

We stopped for a late-night snack at an outdoors ramen stall on the way back to our room(//∇//)

Our bodies were still warm, and the ramen was too, so we didn’t feel cold at all sitting at the table outside~(≧∇≦)

The starry sky was really beautiful
Eating ramen under that sky was the best( ´ ▽ ` )ノ

After returning to our room,
we watched TV while staying warm under the kotatsu,

and my mom went to the public hot spring,
but I warmed myself in one that was in our room♪( ´θ`)

Alright(*^^*)
I still have a lot of stories left about our trip to Shizuoka(≧∇≦)

I’ll continue another time~(o^^o)

Well then, have a wonderful day tomorrow…

Ah
It seems tomorrow is going to be really, really warm(≧∇≦)

I’m so happy

Good night
