Maimi appears at one event counting down the new year while preparing for another in her December 30th update “COUNTDOWN…“. Full translation below.

Yesterday, continuing from last year,
we appeared at “COUNTDOWN JAPAN 14/15”(o^^o)

I’m really happy for another chance to introduce a lot of people to ℃-ute(T ^ T)

Makuhari Messe is a reaaaaaally big venue, and there were a lot of people unfamiliar with ℃-ute,

so I was worried about how many people would show up to see us(>_<)

However,
before the performance the staff told us “People are gradually entering(^o^)/*”(T ^ T)

When we appeared, it was packed all the way to the back,
and I couldn’t believe what I was seeing。・゜・(ノД`)・゜・。

I was reaaaaaally happy,
but also really nervous(^◇^;)

For the setlist everyone talked and decided

“We want songs with intense dancing and cute songs too“,
so exciting songs and cute songs were both included,

and we also wanted outfits that made it easy for people who didn’t know us to figure out our member colors

I hope as many people as possible became interested in ℃-ute~

Everyone who participated,
everyone who couldn’t come to the venue but watched the broadcast,
everyone who supported us, thank you so much

And then, I’m grateful to the “COUNTDOWN JAPAN” staff who gave us the chance to appear

I hope we can appear again and show how we’ve grown even more next year~

We’ve gotta work hard to polish up our performances every day

Today we headed to the Kansai region to rehearse the Hello! Project COUNTDOWN PARTY being held over New Year’s Eve and Day(*^^*)

My mom and dad took me to the station,

and saw me off while saying “Have a nice New Year’s~“

It still doesn’t feel like 2014 is almost over f^_^;)

Tomorrow, I want everyone coming to the venue, everyone watching at a live viewing,

and everyone sending their support to us to have as much fun as possible so that it’s a wonderful New Year’s Eve
