Blog update: “Gifts from my grandmother”

Maimi enjoys treats from her grandmother and continues preparation for the New Year’s concerts in her December 22nd update “Gifts from my grandmother“. Full translation below.

Good morning
It’s Maimi

The moment I opened the door to my house upon returning home yesterday,

I was overwhelmed by the smell of garlic

When I asked “Has tofu arrived from granny’s house??(((o(*゜▽゜*)o)))”,

I was told “Yeah It’s here“…(o^^o)

It’s amazing that I could figure it out just from the smell, if I do say so myself~~(((o(*゜▽゜*)o)))

At the end of every year,
my grandmother sends us mochi, tofu, and a variety of other things

Garlic miso tofu is really, really delicious and one of my favorites,

and I ate a piece even though it was midnight~♪( ´θ`)ノ

As expected, it was delicious(((o(*゜▽゜*)o)))

Even though garlic’s smell is instense…(^◇^;)

When I opened the fridge, there was also walnut sauce(o^^o)

It takes a long time to make, but my grandmother sends it to us every year

This morning I ate 2 mochi with walnut sauce(≧∇≦)

Eating mochi with walnut sauce like that makes me think

“Ah It’s almost New Year’s~

It was as delicious as always,
and I started the morning happy(//∇//)

Alright
