Maimi both attends and participates in the practice for a play in her November 28th update “Wow(((o(* ゜▽゜*)o)))“. Full translation below.

It’s Maimi

The mornings are cold, aren’t they(>_<)
Recently I’ve been using Heattech…( ´ ▽ ` )ノ

It keeps Yajima warm

It seems it’s flu season as well, so I had it done again this year(・_・;

The flu shot…(・ω・)

The doctor was really good at it, so it didn’t feel any pain at all(o^^o)

When I looked at my arm while in the bath,
there was a bump(　゜д゜)

Flu shots hurt for awhile afterwards(￣◇￣;)

This morning my mom said “Give me your arm” and vigorously rubbed the sleeve of my coat with a lint roller(O_O)

I was like “Ouch Ouch It hurts there(＞ロ＜)“(^◇^;)lol

I’ve gotta go about my day without hitting my arm on my bag or a wall…♪( ´θ｀)ノ

I hope I don’t get the flu this year…

Now then, now then,
yesterday I had a recording for the FM-PORT program that airs every Friday at 10:00PM,
“℃-ute Yajima Maimi no I My MeMaimi~”

I received a lot of letters with December’s theme and for the new corner,

and everyone’s stories of failure were really, really funny
I laughed and laughed(≧∇≦)

Is it because I laughed at those people’s failures??(￣◇￣;)

While travelling after the recording…
Yajima failed as well…

And then,
I participated in the practice for Hatagumi’s play being held starting December 34d at Higashi Ikebukuro Owl Spot,

“Kuru Kuru to Shi to Shitto”

I will appear in the after show on the first day,
I’ll be a guest performer at the 7:00PM performance on the 9th,

and what
It was just decided that I would appear in the after show on the 4th as well(*^^*)

 

Everyone was getting prepared when I went to the practice hall,

and it was for the start of a full rehearsal of the play while wearing the costumes(　゜д゜)

I was excited to see the entire play,

but I was also nervous about being thrown in to the play!(◎ロ◎;)

I was so nervous that I became flustered＿|￣|○

In addition,
before the practice started, Hata-san said to me
“Do you want to add to your scene a little?”

“Here are the lines! The movements I leave up to Maimi-chan”

I’m appearing as a guest, but he came up with a challenge for me

Thinking about how your role will act and move on the spot is really important for actors~

I’m usually bad at ad-libbing,
but I gave it a lot of thought…!

And then, for an existing scene he said “Do as you please“,

but I couldn’t keep up at all yesterday…
It was depressing~＿|￣|○

I think this every time I’m in a play,
but all of the actors are really amazing

 

I was able to see the entire story for the first time yesterday,

and I was impressed being able to see even the minute changes in facial expressions up close

Everyone’s enthusiastic performances had me sobbing in the second half…

They’re really amazing( T_T)

Their words were simple, but they were so deep I could understand what they were feeling.
It tugged at my heart(>_<)

And then,
and by the time they were hiding their regret behind their cheerfullness,

my heart was already beaten down.

After practice,
all those actors I respect kindly talked to me!

They give me a lot of advice!!

I’m really happy

Though my heart is pounding, I received a lot of motivation through-out the day and decided “I’ve gotta do my best”

It will absolutely make you think about a lot of things

It’s only my second time ever going to Kagawa
I came here on our joint NaruChika concert with S/mileage before~( ´ ▽ ` )

I’m happy that I can come here again like this

There’s just 3 performances remaining in Shikoku on this tour…Σ(￣。￣ノ)ノ

I’ll enjoy it will all my might to the very end(*^^*)
