Blog update: “Ah~( ̄▽ ̄) Well, without complaining…f^_^;)”

Maimi makes a stop in Yamaguchi before heading to Nagasaki in her November 15th update “Ah~( ̄▽ ̄) Well, without complaining…f^_^;)“. Full translation below.

Good morning
It’s Maimi

Yesterday I went to Yamaguchi prefecture for the first time in my life( ´ ▽ ` )

Even though the skies were reaaaaaally clear, the wind was cold…(・_・;

It’s already winter, huh
Yamaguchi has an abundance of nature, and the mountains in the distance were painted autumn colors~(((o(*゜▽゜*)o)))

It seems there’s fireflies during the summer…

It’s proof that the rivers are beautiful

I’ve never seen fireflies before(._.)

Therefore, I’d like to see them at least once(//∇//)

They can only be seen during the summer, so unfortunately I couldn’t see them this time, but I hope I can come during the summer some day~( ´ ▽ ` )ノ

Our first job in Yamaguchi was appearing on the live broadcast of Yamaguchi Housou Radio’s “Ohiru wa ZENKAI Radio na Jikan”(o^^o)

(1)

It was at a studio where you could watch the broadcast from outside,
and there were people who came to watch

Thank you to everyone who listened in real-time and everyone who cheered for us

Afterwards,
we had a recording for “Koisuru Ongaku”,
which will air November 22nd (Sat.) at 7:00AM on Yamaguchi Housou Radio

(2)

Lastly, we were interviewed for the magazine “Triangle”,
which goes on sale November 28th(*^^*)

I hope the number of people who learn about ℃-ute through all this media increases~(*^^*)

And then, our first concert in Yamaguchi finally started~(((o(*゜▽゜*)o)))

There were a lot of people who participated for the first time, and a lot of people who live locally♪( ´θ`)ノ

There were even people from overseas who said “I came from France“,
and even though I’m not from Yamaguchi, I was happy that they could see the beauty of Japan like this…(//∇//)

Those who came from outside the prefecture to participate connect with the local members of team ℃-ute,
and it’s a wonderful chance to learn a variety of things

I have fun learning about the local flavors each time,

and at yesterday’s concert,
the locals told me that the specialty is “Tsuki de Hirotta Kai”~

We got them right away

(3)

Hehe
I ate 2(//∇//)

And then, I also ate ushibone ramen(*^^*)

We hear about tonkotsu often,
but not ushibone, right??(^o^)

It was reaaaaally delicious, and I ate my fill before the performance( ̄▽ ̄)

And then, when we arrived in Yamaguchi,
I looked into their mascot

It’s a character named “Choruru”,

and his special skill is blowing kisses( ´ ▽ ` )ノlol

I want to see itlol

By the way, yesterday was a holiday in Saitama prefecture, and I was shocked that they changed Saitama’s mascot from “Kobaton” to “Saitamacchi”( ゜д゜)

When I was in elementary school, I drank milk with Kobaton on the carton every day~(T_T)

It makes me feel a little sad,

but Saitamacchi is a really cute mascot who looks like a young Kobaton

I went off topic,

but everyone who participated, everyone who couldn’t but still cheered for us, thank you so much

After the concert was over, we headed towards Nagasaki for today’s NaruChika concert, and since it was a long trip,

we watched the movie Hagiwara Mai-chan recommended,
“Vanilla Sky”( ^ω^ )

We watched while trying to solve the mystery,
and after it was over, we had fun talking about a variety of things,
like “After all, it was like that…?”,
and “Did you already realize during this scene…?”(^o^)/*

After we arrived at the hotel, we played the game “Are you a Werewolf?”, which Okai Chisato-chan recommended(*^^*)

It’s hard to explain the rules, so I think it’d be easier for those who don’t know it to research it themselves(>人<;)

A~h, everyone’s personalities came out, so it was funny(((o(*゜▽゜*)o)))

I was the werewolf 3 straight times…( ゜д゜)

I did a good job hiding it, if I do say so myself( ̄▽ ̄)

It was a fun day( ´ ▽ ` )ノ

Aaaalright

Today we’re in Nagasaki for the first time in a reaaaaaaaaally long time(//∇//)

I can never forget the taste of the sponge cake I ate in Nagasaki in the past(T_T)

Will I be able to eat some today??(*^^*)

From here, everyone will eat…

Not sponge cake,

but Nagasaki chanpon(((o(*゜▽゜*)o)))

I’ll enjoy Nagasaki with all my might

Well then, until tomorrow’s update

Yesterday I made an announcement about the first Blu-ray release on e-LineUP! by Yajima Maimi,

and the title was decided, so I will announce it(^o^)/*

The title is…

“Ways”(*^^*)

The staff and I came up with a lot of ideas and thought about it for a long time,
and we came up with “Ways”,

which means “the way I came”
and “the way I’ll go”

It was filmed in Okinawa, where I shot my 1st photobook “Maimi” 7 years earlier,

and when I stood in the same places as then, I was filled with nostalgia

The DVD preorder period ends in 4 days,
at 11:59PM on November 19th

I’m grateful that there are a lot of people who have said
“I already preordered(*^^*)

I’m happy…(o^^o)

Those who haven’t yet,
please be absolutely sure to do so

  1. If the title doesn’t make sense, it’s another one of Maimi’s NaruChika puns.
