Blog update: “Field trip~(((o(* ゜▽゜*)o)))”

Maimi attends the practice of a Hatagumi play, this time as an observer, in her November 8th update “Field trip~(((o(* ゜▽゜*)o)))“. Full translation below.

Good afternoon
It’s Maimi

Actually, Yajima went somewhere in particular yesterday(o^^o)

I went to the practice venue of Hatagumi vol. 6 “Kuru Kuru to Shi to Shitto”,

which will be held at Higashi Ikebukuro Owl Spot starting December 3rd(*^^*)

(1)

It stars Niigaki Risa-san,
Kikkawa Yuu-chan,
and 3 from the Hello! Project trainees,
Yamagishi Riko-chan,
Yamaki Risa-chan,
and Aikawa Maho-chan

I wrote this an earlier update, but I’ll also be appearing at the talk show on the first day

If you’re wondering why I went to the practice venue,

actually, they’re experimenting with making the practice venue of “Kuru Kuru to Shi to Shitto” open to the public

If those who are thinking “I want to see the practice~” apply,

you can go see a normal practice

Isn’t it amazing~(*^^*)

Usually everyone but the cast and the staff taking part in the play can only see the finished product,

but the process of the performance taking shape is really interesting!!(≧∇≦)

I learned a variety of things in the practice venues of performances I appeared in in the past

During casual conversations about our roles during the break,
there were times I thought “A~h, they are putting that kind of feeling into their role~…!”,

and during practice, the writer and director Hata-san would make a variety of changes in the venue,

so the story got deeper,
and I noticed things I didn’t the first time I read the script,
like “Ah! I see! Their heart is filled with this kind of emotion at this point~…!”

I discovered something every day~

There really is a lot that goes on behind the scenes~…

I noticed a lot of things during yesterday’s trip

Like “Ah! ◯◯-san changed how they read those lines~!”,

and I was surprised many times by everyone interacting whenever Hata-san made changes.

Before I realized it, I was drawn into the world of the play,
and I was really leaning forward (lol)

They’re still in the practice stage, and they’ve only been doing it for a few days,

but their performance tugged at my heart…

What will it be like in the actual performance(T ^ T)

Surely there’ll be even more changes made by the time I see the it,

so it’ll probably feel fresh watching it again~

I can’t wait

There were parts of the story itself that were hard for me to follow,

but it was really fun to try to read between the lines like
“Is this what’s going on here??” and “Is it that sort of things”(≧∇≦)

Even though we’ll be watching the same production,
each person’s feelings and what they read into it are different,

so I’m looking forward to those conversations after everyone sees it(o^^o)

It’s interesting how the story unfolds,
and it made me think about a variety of things, like “If I were in that position…”

I hope everyone goes to see it~

Ahaha(^◇^;)
I ended up talking about it a lot…(o^^o)

Today we have rehearsal for our performance at Nippon Budokan three days from now(≧∇≦)

Starting today we rehearse while carrying the mics(*^^*)

I’ll go do my best so that we have a wonderful performance at Budokan

Everyone, have a wonderful Saturday~( ´ ▽ ` )ノ

Today from 9:30PM to 10PM,
NACK5 “Ongaku-bito ~ONGAKU-BEAT~” (Yajima & Nakajima)

Everyone, please be sure to listen!!
