Maimi reacts to S/mileage’s announcement and takes on dance lessons with pizza power in her September 25th update “S/mileage…“. Full translation below.

It’s Maimi

There was an important announcement made on the YouTube program “Hello! Station” yesterday

S/mileage will be changing the name of their group and adding 3rd generation members

We couldn’t hide our surprise when we heard

I could really feel the members’ desire to change the group from their announcement,

and I think they’re really strong.

It seems the new members will be from the Hello! Project trainees,

and they are taking suggestions from everyone for the group name

 

We still don’t know which girls from the trainees will become members,

but all of them are girls who have taken a lot of lessons and polished their skills,

so don’t you think they’ll give a lot of motivation to each other??

And then, I’m honestly really sad S/mileage will be changing their name

But they decided that much,
so I hope they’re able to get a fresh start.

When in a group for a long time,
there are times you don’t know what to do and times you can’t do things right,

but the most important thing is to not give up and to want to change.

 

There are still a lot of times we lose our way or worry,
but so as not to lose to our juniors’ feelings,

I want to continue to run forward

There’s a variety of things changing suddenly,
