Maimi travels to Sendai with Nacky to promote ℃-ute’s new single in her July 14th update “Blog update: “Sendai(^o^)/*“. Full translation below.

It’s Maimi

Nakajima Saki-chan and I went to Sendai today(((o(*゜▽゜*)o)))

We did a lot of promotion for the new single going on sale the day after tomorrow, “The Power/Kanashiki Heaven(Single Version)”, via TV comments, radio appearances, interviews with free magazines, etc.

At our live appearance at “Roger Ooba no Radio na Kibun”, we took a picture with Roger Ooba-san and Awatsu Chihiro-san

Everyone who checked it out, everyone who supported us, thank you

And then,
we had the release commemoration & handshake event in the evening

First, when we entered the dressing room,
everyone at Shinseido Culture 5 Sendai had made this welcome board for us

The things written on it made me really happy,
so I took a picture without thinking

Thank you so much

 

Even though it was a weekday,
a lot of people came to the event on their way home from school and workヽ(；▽；)ノ

During the talk segement,
we discussed the new single and Berikyuu’s (Berryz Koubou and ℃-ute) trip to France (o^^o)

And then, at the handshake event,
I was told a lot of things that made me happy

 

There were people who came for the first time and people who we hadn’t met in awhile

There were also people who came from out of town specifically for this,
and I really appreciated it

Everyone who participated,
everyone who supported us even though they couldn’t participate,

thank you very much

I spent the entire day in Sendai,
and once again I thought “Sendai is a wonderful place~”

I was able to see a lot of peaceful scenery outside the window when we were travelling to the stations

While looking at all the greenery in the nice weather,

I started feeling like I was going to my grandmother’s house,
and it made me little nostalgic

And then, there are a lo~t of delicious things in Sendai

Zao cheese,
Zao butter,
beef tongue filled with cheese,
and since it seems they’re known for their sake,
I bought some for my mom(*^^*)

My luggage was full of souvenirs☆*:.。. o(≧▽≦)o .。.:*☆

The final of the Hello! Project summer concert tour will also be held in Sendai on September 6th( ^ ^ )

When I compare it to how it was years ago,
I’m really happy that I have more chances to go to Sendai

Today was a satisfying day

Tomorrow, July 15th,
S/mileage will finally have their first performance at Nippon Budoukanヽ(；▽；)ノ

All of the members’ hearts are probably pounding right now, right??(=゜ω゜)ノ

I’m reminded of their delight the instant their Budoukan performance was announced…

I pray for it to be a big success
