Good afternoon
It’s Maimi

I woke up early today,
so I tried making a coffee sponge cake in the early morning( ^ ^ )/

 

I separate the egg whites and the egg yolks when making sponge cake,

and the round egg yolks looked cute,

so I took a picture

I dissolve instant coffee powder in hot water,

mix it in thoroughly with the batter,

then bake in the oven until done

I topped the previous sponge cake with whipped cream,
fruits, and maple syrup,

but this time I made a coffee cream by mixing together fresh cream, granulated sugar, and instant coffee powder

Lastly I sprinkled on a cocoa powder,

and it was finished(((o(*゜▽゜*)o)))

It was difficult to spread the coffee cream on the sponge cake and keep it all even, but it was really fun♪( ´θ｀)ノ

 

When my mom woke up, she told me

“Cologne (my pet dog) is sleeping in Mai’s bed all by herself(＾ー^)ノ”…

After I finished making the sponge cake,
I went back to sleep on the sofa with Cologne(^o^)

My mom and I ate the cake afterwards

It was rea~lly delicious(//∇//)

The flavor was spot on

so it seemed like she preferred the coffee sponge cake,

and ate it while saying “Delicious Delicious“

June 11th will be the 9th anniversary of ℃-ute…

When I returned home yesterday,
I flipped my switch and immersed myself in drawing and writing comments for goods

I watched a DVD of our concert and I’m simulating it in my mind…

I’ll work hard so that we can show our gratitude and put on a fun concert for Taiwan’s team ℃-ute
