Maimi takes part in a wide variety of events over two days in her May 18th update “Yesterday and today…(= ´∀｀)人( ´∀｀=)“. Full translation below.

It’s Maimi

We had polaroid & individual handshake events in Osaka yesterday(^^)

The weather in Osaka was really nice

I got a lot of power from being able to meet so many people

I could tell everyone was nervous at both the events, so I’m really happy they came to meet us even though they were nervous

Time passed in the blink of an eye,
and it was a rea~lly fun day for me

And then,
today we had the “Kokoro no Sakebi wo Uta ni Shitemita/Love take it all” serial events in Tokyo

The first performance was limited to females,

and I was surprised and happy that the venue was filled with girls(T_T)

Thinking about the past, it’s a sight I can’t believe(/ _ ; )

I could see the girls actively dancing along with the songs~

It made me think “I want us to be a group loved by both genders“

By the way, all of the members discussed and chose the songs together

There were a lot of songs we performed for the first time in awhile, so I watched old videos,

and it was kind of funny how small we all were and the difference between how I danced then and now(^◇^;)lol

And then,
we said “Let’s split up by playing ‘Rock, Paper, Scissors’♪”(^◇^;)

That’s how we decided the pairs(*^^*)

After I was out,
the remaining 4 played to decide who’d sing twice(((o(*゜▽゜*)o)))

In the end, it was decided Airi would( ´ ▽ ` )ノ

We chose which songs we’d sing,
and that’s how the setlist came to be

Singing songs that weren’t our own at a serial event felt fresh,
and I had fun~

And then,
thank you to everyone who asked a question and raised their hands in the question and answer corner( ´ ▽ ` )ノ

I thought this at both today and yesterday’s handshakes,

but there were a lot of people participating for the first time, so I was happy

We never know when we have a chance to teach someone new about us~
