Maimi takes on a nerve-wracking challenge and takes in a thought-provoking play in her January 22nd update “Nervous(・・;)“. Full translation below.

It’s Maimi

Yesterday I wrote that I had a job that I was rea~lly nervous about,
but I was able to finish it without incident

When I looked at the comments on my blog afterwards, I thought “Everyone was cheering for me…“, and I became happy

Thank you so much

 

My heart was pounding so hard before the performance,
you probably could have heard it(;^_^A

There’s been countless times in the past I felt like I was going to be crushed under the weight of my nervousness,

and I was as nervous as I was the days that I tried rakugo and improvisational theater…(・・;)

I don’t know if it was because I was so nervous or because I fell asleep while going over things,
but 2 days ago I even dreamt about the performance(^◇^;)

 

Actually, I didn’t feel a sense of relief after the performance at all(；゜０゜)
It was a strange feeling, like the nervousness was still lingering and my stomach was hollow(^_^)a

But, but, it became a really good experience
I’m really grateful to the people to gave me this opportunity

I’m really looking forward to the finished product…

And then,
today I had a business meeting,

and a recording for the program that airs every Friday at 10:00PM on FM-PORT,

“℃-ute Yajima Maimi no I My MeMaimi~”

I finished in the evening,
so I went with my mother to see the play “Shirota he no Haru Chigirikina”,
which I was invited to

It made me consider a lot of things

“‘Thanks’ is an important word…“, I thought

There are a lot of times it goes unrealized if we don’t convey it, and as expected, we feel happy when someone conveys it to us

It was a play I was glad to see with my mom~

It seems she had a lot of thoughts about it as well,
so we talked about it as we returned home

We watched from the 2nd row,
and we could see the changes of expressions by the actors well,
so it became a valuable experience

Today was a wonderful day
