Maimi puts on a performance in Hiroshima with the rest of the Hello! Project members and congratulates all the new adults in her January 13th update “Coming of Age Day(T_T)“. Full translation below.

It’s cold(O_O)
I’m typing this with freezing hands´д` ;

 

Yesterday we had a Hello! Project concert in Hiroshima

I took a picture with Berryz Koubou’s captain Shimizu Saki-chan(^^)

 

I was excited to go to Hiroshima for the first time in awhile

A lot of people who can’t normally participate in concerts and events participated(^^)

When I think about that, I’m really glad we could have a concert in Hiroshima

And then, everyone who came from far away and everyone who cheered for us even though you couldn’t participate, thank you very much

There was only one performance yesterday, so it was over in the blink of an eye(T ^ T)

But but

Much to my delight, ℃-ute will return to Hiroshima May 11th

Next time we go there, it’ll be for a ℃-ute solo concert

I’ll be happy if as many people as possible come to watch

Hello! Project trainee Danbara Ruru-chan,
who participated in the Hiroshima performance,
is also from Hiroshima,

and the two of them gave us Hiroshima’s specialty,
momiji manjuu

Ah
It was delicious

 

Because it was delicious, I bought some for my family on the way home

As soon as I returned,
my dad asked “Eh Can I have it” and ate it lol

“Mm It was delicious” he said

I’m glad I’m glad

Everyone, if you have the chance to go to Hiroshima, be sure to try it

 

And then,
today is Coming of Age Day(^o^)

Though we go through our daily lives like usual, it’s really amazing to get to 20-years-old safely, and something we have got to be grateful for

Of the ℃-ute members,
Nakajima Saki-chan becomes a new adult this year,

and she told me “When I showed my granny the pictures of me wearing a fancy kimono from the shoot, she gazed at my picture… and looked like she was going to cry”

It’s a wonderful story…

Hearing it warmed my heart

 

Nacky’s granny was probably happy she was able to see Nacky wearing a fancy kimono…

Today, please show a lo~~t of gratitude for the parents that gave birth to you,
the people who raised you,
and the people who supported you

On Coming of Age Day today,
we have a serial event for the new single “Tokai no Hitorigurashi/Aitte Motto Zanshin”
at Shinagawa Stellar Ball(^o^)

There’s 3 performances,
and the first performance is girls-only

It’s our first time having one in awhile, so my heart is pounding

Our appearance on NHK’s “MUSIC JAPAN”, which broadcasts every Thursday at 10:55PM, has been decided
