Maimi spends some time with her family over the New Year’s break and gets ready to wrap up a leg of the Hello! Project tour in her January 6th update “Starting today…( ・ω・)ノ“. Full translation below.

Good morning
It’s Maimi

It’s cold, but the weather is nice~(^^)♪
Were you able to relax over New Year’s break?

I wonder if most everyone is starting work and school today.

It’s tough, huh
Get a fresh start Please do your best p( ・ ～ ・ )q

My brother came home and both of my parents were relaxing at the house during New Year’s,

and it made me think “Ah~ Feeling like this puts me at ease( ´ ▽ ` )”

Everyone left for work this morning,
and my brother went back to Tokyo,

so my house has become a little lonely(^^;;

Ah! That’s right
My grandmother was supposed to come for New Year’s…

But a variety of things came up, so she wasn’t able to come(._.)

It’s unfortunate, but I look forward to the day we can meet againヽ(；▽；)ノ

Now then
Changing the subject, we had Hello! Project concerts again yesterday

There were 3 performances, and they were filmed for the DVD(^^)

The setlist is different each time,

so backstage everyone, everyone checks the setlist and the cheering seat assignments countless times so that they don’t miss their cue(^^)

Even though there were 3 performances, they were over in the blink of an eyeΣ(￣。￣ノ)ノ

That just means it was fun

I hope everyone else enjoyed it as well

Everyone who came to the concerts on their precious last day of vacation,

everyone who cheered for us from afar…

Now then
We performed every day at Nakano Sunplaza since the New Year’s Countdown Live…

And today’s Hello! Project concert is the last at Nakano SunplazaΣ(・□・；)

There’s one performance today, and I want to stand on stage with my feelings of gratitude
