Blog update: “Tokai no Hitorigurashi(‘ ∇’)”

Maimi drops in to talk about ℃-ute’s new single and its music video in her September 18th update “Tokai no Hitorigurashi(‘ ∇’)“. Full translation below.

Good evening
It’s Maimi

I’m sorry for updating late again today

Today we had a music video filming for our new release coming out November 6th,
“Tokai no Hitorigurashi”

“Tokai no Hitorigurashi” is a song where we sing the glittering feelings of a girl who dreams of the city as she wonders if she should move there to live by herself

The lyrics are bright and positive as she makes sure of her own intentions, so it’s a song that makes me cheerful

And then, the music video we filmed today…

The staff thought of a lot of ways to make it a wonderful music video,

and there are parts that they are going to synthesize later,

so we’re personally looking forward to seeing what the finished product is like too

I feel like it’s going to be a music video that natural and true to life

Have you already checked out the YouTube program “Hello! Station #33”,

where you can see the debut performance of “Tokai no Hitorigurashi” at Nippon Budoukan

I take on the role of MC this time

It was really fun being the MC

I look forward to the next filming

Those who haven’t seen it yet, please be sure to do so

A~lright
Recently I’ve stayed at a hotel,

but today I returned home for the first time in awhile

How should I explain it
This calming feeling and sense of security

I’ll take a long bath and then sleep soundly

Everyone, please sleep well~

Good night
