Singing and dancing with everyone in Berikyuu… It was really fun

Yeah As expected, I love Berikyuu

In the “Super HAPPY trivia that’s useful to know” corner,

each member announced trivia they knew one by one,

and this was the trivia I shared↓↓↓

《Crickets’ ears are on their legs》

We were given the life sciences assignment

“Let’s study something in the schoolyard!” in my 3rd year of elementary school

Since it was autumn, there were a lot of crickets in the schoolyard,

so I thought “Alright I’ll study crickets“, and decided on them

When I think about it now, back then I was… amazing…(;゜ロ゜)

I was able to calmly catch crickets…

Now I can’t touch them…(><;)

I collected what I learned at that time into an illustrated diary which is still in my house,

and while reading it again, I learned that crickets' ears are on their legs

(It was information I completely forgot during all these years)

I again felt the same way that I always feel when looking at stars

Yesterday, when I sent Niigaki-san an e-mail,

she responded saying that if she can,
she will come and see my play starting November 21st, “Sugar Spot”

Niigaki-san also has a play starting on the 29th of this month, and I want to go see it too~

This is sudden,
but I discovered something

This story is from a little earlier, but when I was eating some souvenirs from Hokkaido, salmon roe, I suddenly noticed something

When I look at them very carefully, salmon roe are strange

In the salmon roe, there’s a dark orange circle, right(‘∇’)

All of those orange circles were pointing up…(゜o゜)

There were so many salmon roe,
that the odds that it happened by chance were considerably low…

But I tried picking one up with my chopstick and placing it on my rice with the orange circle on the bottom

When I did that……

It moved back to the top by itself(゜o゜)/

As expected, it wasn’t by accident
I was happy when I made that discovery, and when I tried looking it up,

the orange circle always points to the top in natural salmon roe
I read…

It seems the orange circle in artificial salmon roe doesn’t move to the top

I was really, really happy

we had a photoshoot and interview for “CD Journal”, going on sale on November 20th

The members talked as much as we liked about each topic

So much so, that the interviewer asked

“Would it be alright if we moved on to the next topic……f(^^;)”…(lol)

There were also talks that made me think “I didn’t know the other members felt that way…“,

so I was happy

Next,
the special “Idol Mook” of “CD Data”

This goes on sale November 21st

Included in the interview is “Promises for 2013”

…We’re already talking about 2013……

Is that so…(@￣□￣@;)!! This year will be over after 2 months

This year went by fast(*´д｀*)

I talked a lot about plays with Nacky and writer/director Shioda Taizo-san, who I’m indebted to for plays and such up to now

Right now, Aroma is taking medicine

Aroma hates medicine…

In reaction to my mom saying “Aroma-chan~ I have sausages“,

she came happily running over with her tail wagging…

But the instant she saw the bag of medicine next to the sausages, she ran away to the second floor

No matter how many times my mom called her, she didn’t come back…

My mom had no choice but to go to the second floor and come back down holding her,

and though she put the medicine in her mouth, she spit it out “Ptoo“…

Though it looked like a lot of trouble, my mom made her take the medicine,
and praised Aroma “Great~ You did well~“

“Father is sneaky He doesn’t like to make her take medicine, so he said ‘Make her take the medicine, Mother‘…”(lol)

Certainly, when seeing how much she hates it, I’d feel bad for her and hesitate too, though……

It’s Maimi

The play “CAT’SEYE”
is finally over

When I heard “You’re going to do the play ‘CAT’SEYE’!”, I was really happy~…(*´д｀*)

It was my first play in about a year,
and in addition, it was “CAT’SEYE”…

To be honest, I wasn’t familiar with the story,

but I knew it was famous,
and I knew the hook of the song “CAT’S EYE”

I got a lot of reactions like
“Eh You’re going to be in CAT’S EYE” from the people around me,

and just from that I understood that I was going to be a part of an amazing work~

I played the role of “Hitomi” from “CAT’S EYE”, who has been loved by a lot of people for long time,

and I was worried if I could properly live up to everyone’s image of Hitomi

Though not in their entirety,
I watched the anime and read the manga…

For some reason, it feels a little nostalgic

While I was worried about not being able to understand Hitomi’s feelings,

I stayed at a hotel in the city as part of my job by chance,

and while gazing at the night sky I thought

“I wonder if Hitomi’s out there~… Will she appear leaping from building to building~…”

and

“Ha~… I wonder how Hitomi feels…“,

and I continued to gaze out the window for a long time…

But when I did that,
I really felt like Hitomi existed in this world…

My lonliness when the play ended,

I wonder if it comes from the feeling that the character I played has gone somewhere far away…

How should I put it… Like an out-of-body experience

I’ve always been thinking about Hitomi until now…

I have a strong emotional attachment to the role…

But I think the things I worried about and learned as Hitomi will always stay with me from now on,

so I want to put them to use for my next role

Personally, the first time I experienced the fun of “plays”

was 2007’s
“Neruko wa ℃-ute”, by Shioda Taizo-san

For us, it was our first play,

and becoming someone else was really fun

In ~Victims’ side story~”, I worked with Shioda-san for the first time in 5 years

During practice,
old memories like “Whoa Come to think of it, that’s how Shioda-san laughed”

came back to me, and it felt really nostalgic

Much to my delight,
my next play has already been decided, and will start November 21st

“Sugar Spot”

It’s a play by the theater troupe “Otona no Mugicha”, and it’s made by Shioda-san

In addition, I appear with Berryz Koubou’s Tokunaga Chinami-chan, who I’ve been close friends with ever since we met

Whenever we meet,
our excitement swells as we imagine things like

“What kind of story will it be”

and

“What kind of roles will we have”

“What will the nature of our relationship be“

I want to continue discussing it with her a lo~t

I can’t wait

Though, I think there's a lot of parts of myself that were able to grow thanks to Hitomi.

I'm really glad I met her.

though each day was full of worries, confusion, and conflict,

I was once again reminded "I love plays and plays are fun!!"(。・_・。)

I want to make the best use of my days spent as Hitomi in the plays from here on out!!
